Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the executive officer of a temple shall apply to the Endowments Tribunal in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Endowments Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
