Intimation of change.—Every duty free shop operator shall intimate to the proper officer, in Form GST RFD-01 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the proper officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
