Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the oath commissioner shall apply to the High Court in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the High Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
