Surrender of certificate.—Every generator of hazardous waste who ceases to carry on the generation of hazardous waste shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Environmental Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every waste manifest held by him has been disposed of.
