Correction of entries.—The Environmental Appellate Authority may, on an application made in Form IV by any generator of hazardous waste or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and eighty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
