Intimation of change.—Every sports agent shall intimate to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, in Form D and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
