Surrender of certificate.—Every specialised adoption agency who ceases to carry on the placement of children in adoption shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Child Welfare Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
