Surrender of certificate.—Every riparian owner who ceases to carry on the drawing of water from a river shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every source of water held by him has been disposed of.
