Surrender of certificate.—Every aerodrome operator who ceases to carry on the operation of an aerodrome shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-8 of the manner in which every register of aircraft held by him has been disposed of.
