Surrender of certificate.—Every guardian appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the management of the property of a minor shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
