Intimation of change.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall intimate to the Maintenance Tribunal, in Form VI and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
