Application for registration.—Every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall make an application for registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VII, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every succession certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
