Safe custody.—Every archaka shall keep every certificate of registration to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the performance of rituals in a temple is carried on, shall record in Form G the description of every certificate of registration so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
