Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any ombudsman under a scheme dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the High Court in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every mediated settlement then held; and the High Court shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
