Report to the Government.—The Central Government shall prepare, within fourteen days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these regulations during that year, of the number of manufacturers of cosmetics whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within forty-five days of its preparation.
