Authorised agent.—Any manufacturer of cosmetics may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Central Government in Form 29 the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
