Surrender of certificate.—Every bidder who ceases to carry on participation in procurement shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every purchase order held by him has been disposed of.
