Surrender of certificate.—Every foreman of a chit who ceases to carry on the conduct of a chit shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every contract held by him has been disposed of.
