Intimation of change.—Every holder of a photography permit shall intimate to the Heritage Committee, in Form VII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Heritage Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
