Application for registration.—Every owner of a dam carrying on the maintenance of a dam shall make an application for registration to the Irrigation Authority in Form E, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every works held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
