Application for registration.—Every retirement adviser carrying on the advising of subscribers shall make an application for registration to the Central Board in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
