Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any food business operator dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Registering Authority in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Registering Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
