Surrender of certificate.—Every food business operator who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a food business shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every consignment of food held by him has been disposed of.
