Report to the Government.—The District Panchayat shall prepare, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of owners of a cattle pound whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Kerala and publish it within fourteen days of its preparation.
