Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the air traffic controller shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form CA-6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
