Application for registration.—Every air traffic controller carrying on the control of air traffic shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form CA-4, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every air operator certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
