Intimation of change.—Every air traffic controller shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form CA-5 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
