Intimation of change.—Every owner of a dam shall intimate to the Ground Water Authority, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ground Water Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
