Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a dam shall apply to the Ground Water Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Ground Water Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
