Surrender of certificate.—Every policy-holder who ceases to carry on the holding of a policy shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-5 of the manner in which every premium held by him has been disposed of.
