Intimation of change.—Every operator of a school bus shall intimate to the School Tribunal, in Form F and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the School Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
