Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the e-commerce entity shall apply to the State Commission in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
