Surrender of certificate.—Every grazier on Government waste land who ceases to carry on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every record of rights held by him has been disposed of.
