Intimation of change.—Every city gas distribution entity shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form V and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
