Bye-law 21, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Fees of The distribution of natural gas) Bye-laws, 2021 [S53-1YD]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the city gas distribution entity shall apply to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
