Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any city gas distribution entity dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every generating station then held; and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall enter the intimation in the register within twenty-one days of its receipt.
