Authorised agent.—Any city gas distribution entity may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form I the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within twenty-one days of the revocation.
