Correction of entries.—The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board may, on an application made in Form VIII by any city gas distribution entity or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than thirty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
