Bye-law 2, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Fees of The distribution of natural gas) Bye-laws, 2021 [S53-1B2]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "city gas distribution entity" means a person carrying on the distribution of natural gas; (c) "connection" means a connection received, held or disposed of by a city gas distribution entity in the course of the distribution of natural gas; (d) "Form VIII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
