Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a sarai who ceases to carry on the keeping of a sarai shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every explosive substance held by him has been disposed of.
