Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any manufacturer of packaged drinking water dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of purchases then held; and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
