Application for registration.—Every lessee of a village tank carrying on the leasing of a village tank shall make an application for registration to the Panchayat Samiti in Form 6, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
