Application for registration.—Every warehouseman carrying on the warehousing of goods shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every contract held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
