Grant of certificate of registration.—The Authority for Advance Ruling shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form GST RFD-01 within fifteen days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every return stated in the application.
