Surrender of certificate.—Every arbitrator who ceases to carry on the conduct of arbitral proceedings shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chairperson of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every interim order held by him has been disposed of.
