Surrender of certificate.—Every bank conducting Government business who ceases to carry on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Accountant General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 19 of the manner in which every register of contracts held by him has been disposed of.
