Maintenance of premises.—Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits shall keep the premises where the running of a cinema is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every trade licence kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the running of a cinema, and shall furnish to the Director of Municipal Administration in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
