Intimation of change.—Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits shall intimate to the Director of Municipal Administration, in Form H and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
