Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits who ceases to carry on the running of a cinema shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Municipal Administration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every assessment list held by him has been disposed of.
