Surrender of certificate.—Every printer who ceases to carry on the printing of a periodical shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Broadcasting Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every copy of a book held by him has been disposed of.
